I have a problem that keeps the plugin from being used in our system. If you have included a puml graphic in a markdown file and change this graphic, the markdown file will not be re-rendered. I think it is because the markdown file and therefore its checksum does not change.
It would be nice if you had a "reload" button in the upper bar. And if you could configure a maximum validity period. For example, after a day of reloading the Confluence page, the data will be re-rendered.

We will check that behavior and will give you back an answer. Cache for checking "revision" is for one minute after display page. After reloading page you should always see newest version of document from git repository as pull operation is done.
