Couchbase backend for MET - limited apps and data

Can you move this issue (for now) to either VxIngest or METexpress? It’s not really a MATS issue. I imagine we’ll eventually create a Couchbase for MET repo, but that will work for now. Thanks!

Wait, this is the same issue for both the MATS#996 and VxIngest#212 URLs? Weird. I'll reopen it then, sorry.

I used the "Transfer Issue" option to transfer it from MATS to VxIngest, and hence now realize that I have probably caused this grief for you, sorry! Didn't know any other way to move the issue.

I didn’t know that option existed, but it sounds like it was definitely the right one to be used! I just got confused because the old URL for MATS still worked. Sorry for muddling things up.
