Compressed version on jspm.io

As mentioned in #1, it would be good to have a dist version of this downloadable from CDN. The current https://npm.jspm.io/system-register-loader@0.1.6/dist/system-register-loader.js uses require("process") and so won't work in the browser.

needs a min.js version though. I'm currently using a file I built and compressed myself, but it would be simpler if I could just use a CDN version.

I'd be open to including minification in the build step like we used to do for SystemJS.
