typescript-eslint released 6.0.0 in July: https://typescript-eslint.io/blog/announcing-typescript-eslint-v6. There are a fair number of breaking changes and so this may take a little while to work through, but this is a blocker to us being able to use newer versions of TypeScript (starting with 5.1).
