Reword cancellation requests for subscribes #26992

Problem

It'd be nice to have cancellation messages for subscribe commands to be more specific

Solution

With the same Postgresql error code, reword SUBSCRIBE cancellations to be more specific. Something along the lines of: "subscription stopped due to user request"
