[RFE] Collect CustomAttributes for EmsClusters, ResourcePools, and Storages

Environment: CF Version 5.11.5.2.20200422181830_c7107ec
Description: I have integrated vSphere6.5 with CF then I created Custom Attributes for Virtual Machine, Cluster, and Resource pool. When I go back and check the custom attributes for all the three only i am able to see for Virtual Machine. It is not showing custom attributes for the Cluster and Resource pool.

Actual: Custom attribute for Cluster and resource pool not updated in the CloudForm database.

Expected: Custom attribute should update for Cluster and resource pool as well in CF.
