Better test suite summary #37

When test suite fails show summary of that test suite before assertions.
Before summary table footer show test suite summary.
For failing tests, show a tree of summary, like below:

── which-module@2.0.0
    ├── y18n@3.2.1
    └─┬ yargs-parser@7.0.0
      └── camelcase@4.1.0
