server_settings={'jit': 'off'} for Pool with PgBouncer

I noticed that the first request from async pg.pool is slow.
Found a solution here:

But when I execute:

await asyncpg.create_pool(
            max_size=self.max_size,
            min_size=1,
            host=self._host,
            port=self._port,
            user=self._username,
            password=self._password,
            database=self._schema_name,
            init=self._init_connection,
            max_inactive_connection_lifetime=3,
            command_timeout=60,
            server_settings={'jit': 'off'}
        )

it raises Exception:

asyncpg.exceptions.ProtocolViolationError: unsupported startup parameter: jit

Further search showed that the problem may be in pgbouncer. Is it possible to fix it somehow?
