"Icon" is not exported (ViteJs + leaflet-1.8.0)

Hello

I use ViteJs (v4.3.9) and importing "L" with Javascript but it says that :

 "Icon" is not exported by "resources/js/maps/leaflet-1.8.0/leaflet.js",
imported by "resources/js/maps/Leaflet.js".

Apart of the code:

// GlobalMap.js

import * as L from './leaflet-1.8.0/leaflet';

import iconRetinaUrl from './leaflet-1.8.0/images/marker-icon-2x.png' assert { type:"image"};
import iconUrl from './leaflet-1.8.0/images/marker-icon.png' assert { type:"image"};
import shadowUrl from './leaflet-1.8.0/images/marker-shadow.png' assert { type:"image"};

L.Icon.Default.mergeOptions({
    iconRetinaUrl: iconRetinaUrl,
    iconUrl: iconUrl,
    shadowUrl: shadowUrl,
});

Any idea ?
