Something like this might work?

not_found_in = lexeme.claims.get(property="P9660")
        for claim in not_found_in:
            print(claim.mainsnak.datavalue)
            if claim.mainsnak.datavalue["value"]["id"] == "Q1186741":
                claim.remove()
