GitHub are removing some of the original endpoints on 1st July 2020 and the rest on 13th November 2020. This PR provides implementations for the replacement endpoints, where available, using the new terminology GitHub is going with.

No problem. Any chance of a 2.13.0 release now? Is there anything you need a hand with before the release? Brownouts of the deprecated APIs will start as soon as May this year.
