Streamline Setup Wizard

It's nice that KeeTrayTOTP can do all these things, but if we're honest: how often do we need 8 digits over 6 digits? How many of us really configure a time sync server?

I would like to suggest to make the setup wizard a 1-step-wizard. Enter the key, click "done" most of the time. It could have a checkbox "advanced settings" or something like this, in case anyone needs other settings.
