As suggested in #110

We could add this to the "Setup TOTP" window. For example a small area where a QR code image could be dragged upon.

Should support local image files (.png, .jpg, maybe svg?)
Check whether this also works for dragging an image from a website
After that we could interpret and read the settings from the QR code and apply these immediately.
