That's a good question indeed. Maybe this should be a taken a bit more broad, by documenting the different features of this plugin, along with some screenshots.

• The setup TOTP dialog
• The additional entries that are added to the right click password entry menu and their shortcuts.
• The system tray menu / columns
  I personally do not use the system tray or the TOTP column, but I would use the new column I've added in Add a TOTP Status Column #123 to quickly filter entries that don't have 2fa yet.
• The Show QR dialog
  That's a real timesaver to me when installing a new phone and setting up google authenticator.

I'll wait for the next release so I can record the #120 new column view or if you're anticipating delays shoot me a dev build of the extension, as I can't build it myself.
