Sorry, I'm not quite sure what is meant by this.

Is this a feature I can enable for this GitHub repository or something that should be done in action-sync-node-meta's runtime?

@Jaid I think it would be great to be able to add GitHub labels to the PR created by the action. This way you could add priority labels or a maintenance label for issues that are not features but stuff that is done regularly. I think it's not too much effort, you could pass the labels as names and I think Octokit can add labels to PRs.
