There is a github action for compiling jacorb but that could be improved, see PR #303 #302 #301.#315. The usage of github actions is free and there are 10 concurrent builders available without any costs.

Would be nice when we could install multiple java versions at the same time so that we can build the core with jdk8 and build and run the unit tests with a different jdk version, for that actions/setup-java#44 needs to be implemented

Looks multiple java versions is possible, can be done with multiple uses: actions/setup-java@v1 steps
