概要

  • GitHub Actionsで追加しているopened-issues-triageが定期的に落ちる
  • エラーメッセージはAPI rate limit exceeded for user ID 61409641.
  • RubyMineのPR確認機能もたまにこれが原因で落ちる

再現手順

不明。うまくいくときもある。

期待される振る舞い

  • 確実に実行されるようにして欲しい
  • 実行に失敗しても、このActionsはメールを飛ばさないで欲しい
