機能の説明

なぜこの機能が必要なのか

現状住民税は固定の市民税、県民税の金額で計算しているが、2023年から震災復興の適用が切れて適用額が変わる。
今後もこういった数値の変化の可能性があるので、DBのレコードを取得するようにしたい。
