Steps to reproduce

Open - https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/treegrid/excel-style-filtering#tree-filter-view
Check the sample

Result

The ESF UI is so massive there is no grid that users can reach. If you open the sample from here https://staging.infragistics.com/angular-demos/samples/tree-grid/tree-grid-tree-filter-view it also behaves strange when interacting with the value checkboxes often expanding further and pushing the ui down
