Pivot grid sample is not correctly initialized when loaded in documentation page

Description

Pivot grid sample is not fully initialized when loaded in documentation page after 'hard reload' on the page.
The grid is flickering and some of the element are not displayed until it is fully loaded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/pivotGrid/pivot-grid.
2. Trigger 'hard reload' or 'empty cache and hard reload' on the page.
3. Scroll to the pivot grid example.
4. Observe grid width, elements and try to use horizontal or vertical scroll until it is fully loaded.

Result
