Expiration time of API secret/key doesn't work as intended

Current Behavior

When selecting the expiration date of an API key on osparc.io, I get the following message, although the date is in the future.

It seems the check is only looking at the 'day' number, the month is irrelevant

Expected Behavior

No message

Steps To Reproduce

In firefox, try to set the expiration date in the future. It doesn't work if the 'day' number (E.g. Feb 14) is larger the current day number (E.g. Jan 12)
