Not receiving logs from dy-services map and jupyter in the front-end immediately after opening study

On osparc-master (and other deployments), it happens fairly often that the logs are not streamed to the log screen of the study. The last messages are 'Service ready ...' (see screenshot)
This happens both on Chrome, Firefox and Safari (Mac). It's not related to the particular study, it happens all the time. Logs are from Apr 25, timestamp is in the logs.
It also happens when no other tabs / browser windows (even between several browsers) have osparc deployments open.
It 'seems' to persist between opening/closing studies until at least the browser window is hard-reset.

FYI, the logs also don't show when downloading the logs from the GUI (both for downloading the file/clipboard)

I noticed the following error logs in my web developer tools (Firefox on Mac), don't know if it's related.

FYI, I see this issue with what seems like a 100% guarantee rate on Safari (osparc-master)
