NewClusterAdmin check connection #2852

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out why after 30 minutes there is a disconnection of msk.
I tried to setup the keepalive

config.Net.KeepAlive = 30 * time.Second
config.Net.DialTimeout = 30 * time.Second
config.Metadata.RefreshFrequency = 60 * time.Second

but this does not work.
how can i check the status of NewClusterAdmin? so i can redo the connection.
