Documenation with 3.7.1.0 version contains only keyword names, not information about keywords.

Should be moved to Javalib-core's way to document keywords, which also simplifies code a bit.

Same time information should be aligned with http://robotframework.org/SeleniumLibrary/SeleniumLibrary.html
