Observed/problematic behavior

In https://hangar.papermc.io/?page=0&sort=-updated, today is incorrectly reported for some yesterday events. This is probably a timezone issue. My timezone is -7.

Expected behavior

Correct date reported.

Steps to reproduce

  • Refresh https://hangar.papermc.io/?page=0&sort=-updated
  • Note that dates from late yesterday are reported as today (see below)
    • GrimAnticheat
    • ExternalShell
