Browsing through pages of plugins shows plugins multiple times

Observed/problematic behavior

If you browse through the pages of plugins, they start to appear again and again which makes the process incredibly tedious.

Expected behavior

A plugin should only be displayed on one page and not reappear when the next page is opened.

Steps to reproduce

Click through the pages of plugins. It starts to get obvious after clicking through multiple pages.
