Is your feature request related to a problem?

Consider adding a plugin review section which is extremely useful

Describe the solution you'd like.

Review section similar to Spigotmc or better

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I believe there are no good alternatives for the review section

that is definitely something we talked about and might do at some point, but we gotta do it right, make sure we can handle the moderation burden, etc.
reviews are misused extremally often by both users and developers so we gotta find ways to avoid that.
right now the only way to "review" a plugin is giving it a star
