The expand/collapse behavior seems to break if you click to jump to any of the question/answer sections or click the "back to top" button. Currently only clicking on individual items works correctly.

  • items should expand/collapse when clicked on
  • [ - ] items should be able to expand/collapse when clicked on after jumping to a section (behavior only begins to work if you refresh the page after jumping to a section) *
  • items that are already open should remain open when the expand all button is clicked
  • items that are already open should close when the collapse all button is clicked

*Chris and I removed the TOC links so that this is no longer an issue.

Changed HTML structure of question/answer blocks from divs to details and summary tags to take advantage of their built in visibility toggle. Currently working on fixing the bug where event listener fails to fire after jumping to another section of the page.
