ツイートオブジェクト軍の最後の要素を処理し、成功したタイミングでアイコンとヘッダーを変更する
公開されてた先代のコードにはアイコンの変更の実装がなかったので 妄想再現 になるがまあなんとかなっていただきたい

Array の最後の要素と同じかどうか判定するメソッドを入れたパッケージをリリースして、それを使って実装したいのでちょっと待っててほしい
