This should block the installation of this package anywhere in Groove.

Open issue with semantic-release: semantic-release/semantic-release#1147 (see second comment for a workaround using the latest semantic-release version (which this package uses)).

Another thing we can try is to downgrade.

Also, FWIW, this is only a dev dependency, so it shouldn't actually be used anywhere where the package is installed
