Expected Behavior

Enable the option to remove the Graylog RSS feed from the Web UI

Current Behavior

The Graylog RSS feed is enabled by default and cannot be changed.

Context

In cases when the Graylog server is on an isolated network and cannot access the feed and you get an error „Unable to load RSS feed at the moment ! You can read more on Graylog“
