Please add a sample for the new AbortIncompleteMultipartUpload lifecycle action (client library request).

Internal: see go/gcs-dpe-olm-mpu for more info and go/lifecycle-abort-mpu-canonical-sample for the canonical sample.

Please wait for approval from myself before merging or releasing this change so we can coordinate around release dates.
