About using Tensorboard with gcs-fuse-csi volume

Generally I am not going to cross-reporting the same ticket but I don't know what is the best way to let to support this cross component use case.

This GKE use case is related to use TB in a depyloment/pod using a gcsfuse-csi volume.

There is already a ticket at the TB repo:
tensorflow/tensorboard#6790

Also of course we could not support symlinks for filtering logs in the bucket as they are now enforcing as the only solution to filter logs:
tensorflow/tensorboard#6782 (comment)

I suppose that we could not do too much on this repository but at the same time it seems that TB currently has a quite low development activity so it could be interesting to see if it is possible to promote this general use case on GKE.
