Hi Team,

currently the package can be installed only via PIP.

Would you create the same with conda-forge, too?

All dependencies (google-auth pluggy requests) already exist on conda-forge.
This would allow us (who can access pypi.org only via proxy) using Google AR remote and private Python PIP repositories exclusively.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Team,

without having this package from conda-forge, we cannot fully switch to Google AR as this package and its dependencies have to be installed at first.

It would be nice to find a way to put it on conda-forge and maybe in the future to find a way to install it without python packages managers.

Thank you!

Hi Team

I have ordered it, I hope that it is okay for you.

I second this. It would make dealing with GCP Artifact Registry much easier as its currently a bit of a catch 22 on how to get this package to access your private pypi repo since its needed to access your private pypi repo. Changing on the fly to pypi official and back just to install this is a bit of a fudge.

Looks like this is in conda-forge now.
