Add handling for loading more tracks from each top listens category as well as large goldify playlists

Goldify Playlist - Problem -> If someone has an insanely large Goldify playlist, it's only going to load the limited amount of tracks on it
Top Listens - Feature Request -> Ideally we could provide more options if they keep scrolling down. For top listens there's no issues here.

Dont do this and just set limitations. Unideal.

We may want to limit Goldify playlists to 100 tracks. You can't have more than 100 Golden tracks!

But also the APIs do not work well with our application due to limits of 100 tracks
