SELinux and Shibboleth

According to @landreev the only thing he needed to do to get Shibboleth working with SELinux, a combination which is officially unsupported by Shibboleth, was to allow httpd access to /var/cache/shibboleth. Capture this in the shibboleth task.

Perhaps those docs could be updated after some discovery on the Ansible side.
