Ran Choco install GitVersion.portable 5.1.1 (also tried 5.1.2-beta1-5)

reverting to 5.0.1 fixes the issue.

When attempting to get help (either /? or --help)

c:>gitversion /?

Unhandled exception. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
