"Schema" glossary term refers to XML Schema which doesn't make sense in the case of DCAT-US #239

DCAT-US field mapping refers to the schema glossary term, which uses the XML schema definition. DCAT-US is not XML and instead uses a JSON schema. We should use a more generalized version for defining "schema".

@adborden any ideas of a substitution? https://schema.org/docs/schemas.html is general - would that work?

We need to piece together our own definition of schema.org and json-schema.org to provide the necessary documentation.
