버그 설명

firebase 빌드 이슈가 있네요. 현재 로컬, 깃헙액션 모두 오류납니다.

firebase/firebase-tools#5071

버그 조건

github action, local 환경에서 deploy 실행시 Error: Failed to list functions for gdsc-dju 오류 발생

firebase-tools 11.14.0에서 발생하는 문제 github aciton 버전은 11.13.0으로 fix한 후 실행하면 해결됩니다.
