[FEATURE] Remove spinner from snowpack dev

The problem that you want to solve.
It looks like a spinner was added to snowpack dev in #2707 without any explicit mention of the change being made.

This little animation is incredibly distracting to me to the point that I can no longer have my terminal on screen during development.

Your take on the correct solution to problem.
Unless anyone else has strong feelings about the spinner I think it would be best if it was removed.

I find the spinner to be pretty distracting too. In my case the entire line flickers on every update of the spinner. At least a way to disable it would be nice.
