Who can make changes in Wiki?

In issue #2204 I suggested to enhance the text in section EasyAccess-API of the wiki. As I found no way to do it on my own, I asked in that issue, who can do the change, but nobody answered up to now and most likely nobody will get aware of my question any longer as last comment in issue is from Decemer 2023. So I want to ask the question here in a new issue.
