Improve Test Summary UX with SVG's

The test-summary/action project uses SVG's to improve the test summary UI/UX, It makes it much easier to read at a glance.

[EnricoMi]

SVG gives you more power to render your results, compared to GitHub Markdown. But that action generates the SVG images on http://svg.test-summary.com. So it uses a HTTP endpoint to render the image.

This action is restricted to GitHub and uses no external services.

Not sure how this could be achieved without setting up something outside GitHub.
