Currently attempting to use VT mode in CMD and Powershell using the methods in tartley/colorama#139

Unfortunately this causes CMD/Powershell to crash after using the alternate screen. This needs to be resolved.

The fix has been shipped with Windows 10 build 1809. Waiting on colorama to have this fully integrated before closing this issue.
