Because of a known issue in msbuild, when building Moonglade source code under Linux, zh-CN resource dll will be missing, thus, users can't select Chinese Simplified as UI language.

This issue also impacts docker images of Moonglade.

If you need Chinese language support, please use Windows to build the source code.
