Some councils have full name in election ID #1306

Leicester doesn't have 'local' in the name of its ballots, but instead gives the full council name.

The simple thing to do would be to fix it - but I personally would like to remove 'local' completely and simply give the full name of the council. But recognise that's a big decision - interested in the views of others.

I think this happens for all councils that have elected mayors? It shows up on YNR the same way, e.g. Mansfield here

Oh yes, good spot! Same for Bristol, Salford etc.
