Explain why people have more than one vote (FPTP)

At present we say 'you will have x votes and can choose from y candidates'. We get quite a lot of questions in the feedback asking why this is. Might be a good idea to explain that it's a multi-member ward. Relatedly, I think we should give this context in the case of by-elections, too.
