Can't set end dates on elected roles #2002

Mayor of Bristol has been abolished. We can only add an end date to organisation, not an elected role.

@GeoWill suggests simply deleting the role, though that feels a bit blunt?

Issue possibly not urgent, doesn't have much in the way of serious impact.
