Export @types/vuelidate's RuleDecl for use in validations()'s vue/types/options function

When declaring a component, this works:

  validations: {
    label: {
      required,
    },
  },

Thanks to the validations property being forcibly typed to RuleDecl.

But this does not work:

  validations(): RuleDecl {
    return {
      label: {
        required,
      },
    };
  },

Because RuleDecl is not exported.
And without typing, the whole VueJs file is in error because the compiler does not know what is the type of the returned objet.

I had to redeclare it by copy/pasting this piece of code from vue.d.ts :

Did I do something wrong?
I just noticed I created a discussion instead of an issue.
Was this forced by the workflow of the DefinitelyTyped project?
