Latest version of better_errors triggers "cannot load such file -- sassc (LoadError)" #3318

The version of the better_errors needs to be pinned until they remove sassc from the required gems.

The latest release of better_errors fixed this issue : https://github.com/BetterErrors/better_errors/releases/tag/v2.10.1
