Describe the feature

Allow the user to install the website on their phone as a shortcut.

We can also prompt them with new content added should they wish to.

Advantages

This will cache pages to the OS for fast, offline reading and also allow them to access new content or messages. This could be very handy on event days.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Prompts and installs on phone
  • Can receive push notifications
  • Cache updates with latest updates properly
